Not a hot deal at all.
But, B550 mobos are not more expensive. I am in the process of building an R5 5600X setup so I was in search too. In another thread, this was suggeted: https://www.ebay.com/itm/305420334191 for the same price ($80 minus $5 with AmEx if deal still active) so I already purchased from antonline on ebay. Not sure how customer support would be but at least it arrived in a new box and looking good so far.
This MSI mobo may struggle with more power hungry CPUs as it has very few VRMs (I see 4+2 chokes near CPU socket). Will probably do just fine with 65W 6 cores models though, if not OCed. Has heat sinks on VRMs at least.
Has a single m.2 slot, no built in wifi but the red accent looks cool. Probably the only positive about it. To be honest, this does not make sense at this price. If drops down to $50, could be coupled with old ryzens flooding sub $50 mark on used market for a light gaming machine on a Tuco tight budget.

ZEN 1 (1000 series and a few others) doesn't have much of a future getting cut off from Windows updates.
The faster "mainstream" cards (4060 Ti/7600 XT) with x8 PCIe lanes are going to hurt a bit on PCIe 3.0.
