Listen, at 20 bucks that's fine. I just put it back and keep using it. But, and this is weird, but the Eddie Bauer sandals have a tendency to stink after leaving the water. I keep mine in the car and WOO, these sandals stink!
It's been a few years now so I've tested with keen and other sandals, and I've tested in different waters and mud. The variables lead me to the conclusion that these just stink when they get wet, and it's enough to stink up a car the next day to three days.
I still buy these. They are a great value, but geeze. They really stink if you actually use them in wet areas. Most won't use theirs as hard as I do.
I have had the same issue (inserts disjointing, bad arch support) with my ozark trail and the ones I got from Kohls, I guess they all are made in the same factory with the same QA issues

11 should be a better fit. Tried it store and noticed that .5 higher was better fit
