Not saying OPs product is better, but the wd19tb won't do dual 4k, only single 4k with 2k external
It does support 2x 4k depending on the TB device you connect to it. The main reason I recommend it though is that its very well supported and has the widest compatibility of any dock I've tried. Fewer problems with my lenovo laptop than a lenovo dock and no issues with dell and hp laptops either.
Just make sure you update it's firmware once in a while.
I'll wait for a unit to go on sale that does both. Half the hassle.
