As I learned from a past post, you can combine the many gift cards into one gift card in your account. Go to the account, then Payment/Gift Card button. In there is the feature to "transfer" value of gift card to others or into another gift card. Combining the cards into one allows you to avoid small amounts left over on a card. You can only use the money from one gift card for a purchase, so combining the values into one is a better way to use up all of the value of many cards.

Just used these discounted gift cards on the BOGO footlong deal.... with the discount cards it came out to less than $4/footlong turkey sub. Put the order online while you are just outside the store. Then after you finish the order, go in line and give them verbal direction to add the extra-this or extra-that you want. If you just rely on them following your online requests for extra stuff, you are not likely to get extra-stuff. I got the un-toasted sub, which is not taxed where I live. Went home to put it in a toaster oven and put some avocado on it. Worth it if you like Subway sandwiches. Have to admit, toasting the bread at home so that it is crunchy makes the sandwich better.
There are many subs that are less than $15, and if you load the card into the app and use the FLBOGO promo code you can get 2 subs for < $15. I would say it's a slick deal
You can use two gift cards for one purchase by the way.
First hit "Add Gift Card" and type in the code.
Then under the "Payment" section select "Manage"
Finally "Add Payment Method" and select gift card to add a second card to the order.

I regularly figure out whatever the current 6 inch for 3.99 coupon is either through slickdeals, or eBay pictures of coupons pages.

One of my local subways still accept the codes through the app. Using this GC deal preloaded on the app, my 6" Sub lunch (any regular type of sandwich, like the steak or All-American club) comes out to about 3.09 after tax.

It's always an odd feeling when I pickup my sandwich and see some dude paying 20 dollars for their lunch at the same establishment.

In my mind, I think, 'thank you sir, you are the reason why I am probably still allowed to use coupons here.'

Got them the last time they had this deal. No issues adding to the app and combining and using them.

Same. I combined mine very easily. I only eat subway when the bogo deals happen.

I did a BOGO deal last thursday. It had been 3yrs or so since I had been there. I was quite shocked. $13 footlong sub, and a $3 coke was bad enough, but now at the POS they are hitting you with a forced "tip" page on a take out order. I wont be in there again. They should be paying the staff enough not to force a tip from you too. In this case a $16 lunch is $17.60 after tax. Now add a 20% tip and you are indeed over $20 for a fricking sub and a coke. It is unafordable especially after the over all poor quality of the product.

What is the cheapest that a footlong sub goes for these days? The last time I ate at Subway footlong subs were $5. Are footlongs ever available in-store (not in app) for $7 or less? These discounted gift cards would make a $7 footlong cost about $5.13.

I just tried placing an order through the app and it said the FLBOGO deal has already expired. I thought it was good until 5/13? Anyone else having this issue?

Some Subs are excluded from the promo, maybe you ordered one or both of them which may not qualify.

Was that two footlong subs for $13 ordered in-person in-store? That isn't bad if they build the subs well. Using these gift cards that would be less than $5 per footlong.

I would never order any fast food online for pickup. The thing I liked about Subway was you could tell them exactly what to put on the sub and usually except for meat/cheese there wasn't a set limit for toppings. I have never had a good experience ordering any food online or for delivery except maybe pizza.

I tried ordering 2 grilled chicken subs which do qualify for the promo but no luck. Bummer.

Me too... Transferring all of the card values onto one gift card was easy once you find the Payment/GiftCard button and select the Transfer feature.

The tip issue is not relevant to this deal, what food establishment doesnt have a tip option these days???? Very rare. so nothing to do with this deal.

You got 2 footlongs/drink for $16? Really complaining about that in 2024? shake head

The quality of sandwich is VERY dependent on location. Thankfully our local location is excellent. For those that get Publix subs, you know how good they are and this location is thriving in the same shopping center as Publix, thankfully because Publix takes forever, has gotten pricey and with Subway's FLBOGO, 50BOGO, its a better deal for a equal, if not better sub.

Took all of 2 mins to order, type in the codes into the subway app and then combine them into 1 giftcard. Great deal

Can confirm entering gift card info on the web was a bust on both Chrome and Firefox with uBlock disabled, but worked fine on the Subway app. All 5 cards are loaded to the account, so pretty straightforward typing of codes and PINs.
