    Maybe a few percent faster and a few Watts more efficient. No improvement on RT and I haven't heard that the new RDNA 3 features are killer.
    Nope, you are right. Runs marginally faster, 165w max, and newer. I got mine for $230, prices seemed to have shot up to $260ish. FSR 3 works on both cards. Its just preference. If the 6650 was $230 last year while the 7600 was more expensive, I would have gone that route.

    While I somewhat agree in principle, more people should consider buying used GPUs and the 5700xt is a stout card, the 5700xt is rapidly aging due to a lack of hardware that supports more modern features such as dx12 ultimate.

    Oddly enough, I'd probably suggest a used Intel a750 for the ~same money over the 5700xt, unless you play VR.

    "notice" is certainly subjective, but there is a performance but.p from the 5700xt to the 6650xt. The latter is also a 175w card vs the 225w 5700xt. That is a BIG power grab (beat to room after hours of use, etc) in addition to the extra electricity cost/year. The added cost alone could make up for any cost savings on the older vs. newer cars depending on your utility prices (seeing used 5700xts for $20-$30 less). Then there is warranty and resale value (if users do try to resell cards). The 6650xt will certainly hold value longer simply because it is newer today.

    That site has the most insane bias against amd. Using their shitty software my 7600 was put at 131%, putting it on par with a 2080 super. Guess I would be pissed if my $400 card lost to a $240 card too.
