This Cottonelle costs $31.80 (after credit) and is 2x24-pack =2x898.97 sq ft = 1797.95 sq ft. This costs $0.017687 / sq ft.
(353 sheets, each sheet is 3.82 in. x 4.0 in., and this purchase is 48 rolls, this gets 1797.95 sq ft)
So Kirkland is better value per sq ft.
my stuff delivered on the 27th.
trust me I am ready to go to war 😂😂 and have screen shots 📸🤳

I agree with your math though I still calc by-sheet myself. That being said, I don't find Costco TP meets my threshold of performance anymore. The quality has been in steady decline over the last several years, at last in my area. Presto Ultra by Amzn has been a good alternative to Charmin, but has decreased slightly in quality over the last couple of years; it is still a solid performer. Several times a year Presto is still on sale for solid deals.
Cottonelle Ultra comfort is softer than Ultra Clean and meets my threshold (Ultra Clean is only slightly rougher). Cottonelle has ridges that are different vs other brands. Overall, Cottonelle is just about soft enough, a little linty, and good value. The thing is these rolls have been experiencing shrinkflation as they are slightly smaller....sigh. I don't mind paying slightly more for Preso Ultra, it is worth the difference as I usually have both Amzn & Cottonelle lately.
