But what year is the serial number? And does it have a belly cut and a string-thru body bridge? Just wondering if it's really old stock like in the picture.
Tele is my favorite guitar. Hope you enjoy!
No belly cut or string-thru. All is exactly as on a picture. I can get a serial number later - need to find a box

The intonation is just barely achievable with low E almost max back. I did get there...well very close. The first strings were good from factory. This guitar appears to have been sorta set up with low action, straight neck and no buzzing, that's a surprise. I am no fan of top load strings, I much prefer hole through but again...170 delivered in two days leaves little room to complain. I'm overall really happy with it to just pluck around on and make it available to the kids to play without worry. I edited to add, it weighed 8.13 lbs which surprised me that it was not fly weight.

Thanks for posting a follow up! I was mainly curious as to how old the stock was, and it looks like it was made right before the changeover to the new style. Kinda neat to be able to get a NOS Affinity with a slab body.

Just got mine 11/2020 on the box. No belly cut nicely packed. No blemishes. Neck and strings look great. Affinity label. NOS obviously. Good twang and solid metal tone. Needs work but hey $170. Frankentele with a license plate pick guard!
