beware folks, 2 times in the last 10 days I had to live chat with customer service, couldn't receive or send text messages saying basically I was spamming or that I had insufficient funds. When I asked live chat person why this continues to happen, they had no answer for me literally. You get what you pay for!!! I just activated a year card 2 weeks ago and this nonsense continuing to happen

Yes I am trying tomrun from these guys , can't port.out, won't give.me.a good pin numer.to.port.out and wont respond to the port requests, i.could not mms messages from.them , now this port.out head ache run very far away

I switched my family over to infimobile last week. Great service and great customer support. Service is Verizon. Coming from Visible, it's the same service and speeds, since Visible uses Verizon network as well. Yes, support is from India, but they know what they're doing and are understandable. You can't beat the 6 month 10gb unlimited plan, for $20. I'm not sure how other carriers are competing with them. It's just a matter of time until infimobile gains customers and raises their prices Frown

Hmmm. I did the "check my device" via IMEI and it says my phone is a "perfect fit for their service" and then the next line says "Note: Your device is not compatible for WIFI calling.". WTF? I get wifi calling on TMO all day long and I would say I am on wifi 90% of the time. Moto G Stylus 5G.

edit - wife has a slightly newer Moto G 5G (no stylus) I think it's maybe 1 year newer. It checks out fine and no complaints about wifi calling. bizarre

Does anyone have issues receiving picture text from iphones? Ive entered the APN settings they gave me but I cant find the mms port to change.

here are the settings they gave me.

Add the following four separate APNs:

(i) Verizon Internet APN:
- Name: Verizon Internet
- MCC: 311
- MNC: 480
- APN: VZWINTERNET
- APN Type: default
- APN Protocol: IPV4V6
- APN Roaming Protocol: IPV4V6

(ii) Verizon FOTA APN:
- Name: Verizon FOTA
- MCC: 311
- MNC: 480
- APN: VZWADMIN
- APN Type: fota
- APN Protocol: IPV4V6
- APN Roaming Protocol: IPV4V6

(iii) Verizon IMS APN:
- Name: Verizon IMS

- APN Type: ims, ia
- APN Protocol: IPV4V6
- APN Roaming Protocol: IPV4V6

(iv) Verizon CBS APN:

I can confirm this. I've had Visible (used to be great until 2022), red pocket (slow, constant network issues and the worst customer service) and tracfone (it was ok but kinda pricey compared to others on the Verizon network back in the day) and by far US Mobile has been the most consistent and reliable when ti comes to connection, call quality, internet speeds and price (pool 1 line plan with 1GB $10 per month).
