This is $34 cheaper than this similar Front Page 58-Qt Costway Portable Refrigerator. It also includes wheels 😁

Very tempting. Does anyone know if the EcoFlow Delta 2 power station can run this Costway RV Refrigerator? and how long can it run continuously?

Yes. Delta 2 has 1024 Wh listed capacity. The refrigerator runs at 50 W for max setting. Theoretically able to run continuously for over 20 hours. Realistically efficiency might be around 80-85%, but it shouldn't need to run continuously unless the lid is left open. Probably get you over 2 days maybe more depending on how frequently it's opened, ambient temps, if youve precooled or not, how full you have it, how good the insulation is on the unit, etc... YMMV.

Got this a week ago and it worked well for us. It has no problem being powered by the 16v system on a Tesla.

I am struggling like crazy to find a portable refrigerator/cooler that can be occasionally used as a step for our boat. Currently use a RTIC, but am sick of putting ice in it all summer. Any thoughts on if the lid would handle being stepped on?

It's definitely not as heavy duty and strong as rotomolded coolers like Yeti or other similar style coolers. Even compared to our Ozark Trail Yeti knock off. It's using a thinner wall since it can rely on the compressor. It's pretty narrow so it can probably survive occasional steps but not something you want to do frequently.
