Found this online for the Lego City Yellow Delivery Truck set 60440 that is scheduled to be released on June 1st on the Lego website for $99.99
Costco has it posted for $84.99 online for order and supposed delivery prior to the official release date. If they carry in store, it might be $5-$10 cheaper.
I have not actually ordered, but it allows you to add to cart and go through the steps to the page where you can place the order.

Nice. Did you get a Costco item number that you can share if it is different than the one OP posted on Costco's website?
It's the item # on the webpage 1818901
Just find an employee by a computer and they can look up and see if that store or nearby stores have them in stock or are planning to get them. First thing the guy told me was that it was probably an online only deal - he was surprised they were getting them in.
