I own the Gorilla version of this, the Werner has a 75lb greater max weight capacity. Other than that they look nearly identical.

Personally, I like the extra weight limit even if I am 300 just to feel safer being this high off the ground. This is for the crowd that isn't on ozempic.

Also, this is much lighter, this is 32 lbs and I believe the gorilla ones are like almost 39 lbs.

Yeah.. pretty light for this style of telescoping/multi-position ladder. Great choice if you only want to own one ladder (aside from maybe a light 3-step one).

I've got an older 17' version of this with a 300lb limit, at ~38 pounds it's kinda heavy to lug around, but it's nice because it'll fit in any car if needed.

Are all ladders measured in "reach height" and not actual height? I just noticed in the specifications that it's a 15ft ladder with an "18ft reach height." Maybe I just never noticed that's how ladders are advertised.

This is not a bad deal but I'll wait for a Black Friday and it should be about $99 either here or at Lowe's.

Not for the 375 lbs one, for the 300lbs one yes.

For this type of multiposition ladder, yes.

Step ladders used to always be the actual height.

Extension ladders are usually the sum of the parts. For example, a ladder with two 8' sections would be a 16' ladder even though the max extension is only 14' due to the sections overlapping.

I have the little giant M26 from Lowes:
https://www.lowes.com/pd/Little-G...1000750374

I love it as a step ladder. I paid a small fortune for it because it allows me to reach so high in step ladder configuration, and I'm not willing to compromise on safety. And since it has wheels, moving it around is easy enough.

But for accessing the roof in extension ladder configuration, it's too unwieldy for me to use safely. It's 59lbs and has lots of leverage on you when its extended 23 feet. This one is probably more manageable in that configuration though, being 8ft shorter and half the weight.

Does anyone know of a good standoff / stabilizer for this ladder? I had a similar one previously but couldn't access my roof without smashing in my gutters. The flared ends make most standoffs not compatible with it
