When you get to the shipping address part they don't have a state field for Alaska, Hawaii or California. WTF. DeWalt sells this same stuff in those states too so this just a Montana prejudice thing?

I just got the DCD999T1 drill as a 60v setup via eBay. The drill is a beast and in the hand feels a lot bigger than the regular drill you get at the $100 price point (something like the DCD771) that comes with the 20v 1.5ah battery. With the 6ah 60v battery, it feels balanced but it's heavy whereas with the 20v battery it feels a bit lighter but not as balanced.
I'd buy it again, it's a huge upgrade and I won't need to use my corded SDS drill as often now that I have a cordless with a powerful hammer function.

I got this same deal a couple years. This drill is heavy duty meant for construction. If you need something for home repairs you might want to buy something less powerful.

at this price, you may as well get the more powerful stuff. a basic decent quality brushless kit is like $160 when on sale. but it will come with weak 2ah batteries and a junk charger. the charger in this kit sells for $120 at home depot by itself. on amazon/ebay, the new version of DCB118 charger that is in this kit usually fetches around $60
