Man I wished they would stop making so many revisions for their products. I've already replaced so many of their stuff multiple times because I like the redesigns, and looks like I'm going to have to do it again. 🤦🏼 ♀️

My temp probe rubber seal is starting crack anyone else have this problem? ANy solutions thanks in adv

I had a different issue with it, the probe only works if the wire is unkinked. Ninja considers it as a replacement part and would not warranty cover. Anyway it can be purchased.

Anyone interested in Grillgrate for the unit, Amazon has 11 left for the scratch and dents at $30, vs the factory second at Grillgrate.com for $50 shipped. I have one for the old non pro model, and made a big difference in searing steak etc. 30 is a very good price

This thing is good… but also frustrating as hell. Sometimes it sticks on "Preheating" and you have to literally hit it to get it to go to the next stage. 🙄

It's supposed to go automatically to next stage. Have to hit the back of it pretty hard. I can't find a sensor to fix and YouTube was what told me to beat on it. yummy
