Thanks for re-posting! I checked it out yesterday from your first post. None available in the area. Today, I am visiting my parents and saw the same $499 price online but it said there was one in stock available for pickup. I drove down and saw one in the cabinet clearance priced at $299 and purchased it! Thanks!

I like to know it as well. $300 for iPad mini is not a bad price point compared to iPad 9th gen only.

I'm sure anything above 9th gen is better nowadays but depending on individual use case obviously.

Won't work as clearance varies by store. If you know your store has it on clearance for that price, worth a try, but if not, you're going to waste a trip.
