Sorry, mine logged in with my Google acct. Another user explained the gist of it.

Also:
"Microsoft has realized that if it takes too hard of a stance on piracy, it will face too much backlash, so for now, it looks like Microsoft has ceased its war against the software pirates."

"Companies like Adobe have also allowed piracy to continue, and like Microsoft, this illegal activity has cemented both companies as leaders in their space. Even Bill Gates acknowledged that piracy actually helped Microsoft expand into China."
I have not seen a full copy of adobe photo shop or adobe pro for a "reasonable" price

I've seen Adobe Acrobat Pro for cheap but haven't tried it yet.

Right... So if some "Volunteer Moderator" says so, it must be true.
It doesn't take very long to do your own research to figure out professional plus is meant for corporations that buy huge bundles of keys. They are not meant for single consumers. If you really want pro plus for crazy cheap and don't care at all about Microsoft's bottom line then just use the key gen method like many others have figured out already. Buying from sellers like this is just giving someone else some easy money since they could really care less if your key gets revoked in the future. Microsoft is likely not going to revoke it but who knows what the future holds. They can change their lax stance on enforcement any time they want.

Almostly certainly grey market.
Not even grey-market; they're straight up stolen. Microsoft has never sold the Pro Plus version of Office to consumers or even OEM's. It's sold exclusively to businesses as a volume license. The only place these could've come from is a company's pool of licenses.

I got burned by Groupon on a similar deal. The code I bought had to be activated within 30 days. It took my wife at least 2 months to get her computer to me and by then it wouldn't work. I'm just sharing my experience you might get screwed over
The reason they put the time limit on activation is because of the dodgy nature of the keys. If you wait too long, someone else may have bought the same key from someone else (whoever sold the batch of keys to the seller may have later sold them to another seller), or the legitimate owner of the keys may have activated them themselves or realized they'd been stolen and reported it to Microsoft. Also, most of these key sellers seem to quickly pop up and then disappear. I'm sure Groupon is aware of this and makes them put in this time limit so they don't have to clean up the mess after a seller has vanished.

Thoughts on this vs paying for office 365?
Bought one from them a few months back. Didn't regret that decision. The 365 home is subscription based and HAS TO BE CONNECTED ONLINE. This one is lifetime access activation for 1 pc account/1 pc (you don't need a microsoft account to activate it). You will not be able to search for the 2021 professional to be automatically downloaded but it is in the microsoft forums and all you have to do is download the offline installation and enter the product key. After that you can use the office products without being tied to a subscription or going online to do your taxes etc.

When I try to install the program after downloading from Licensetom, Malwarebytes pops up saying to install an update. Seems fishy

Does this get linked with your Microsoft account so you can reinstall it in the future?
No, it doesn't link to your microsoft account sadly.

Best option is to keep a copy of the install file on an external drive or in a cloud storage. (the file size is between 1 & 2 GB)
