Sensor is there. Just not active since Jan 2024. Apple lost the patent rights battle and had to turn off the feature.

I have never used a smart watch… so noob question - Which watch provides best sleep monitoring metrics? Apple Watch or Garmin (also which model if Garmin - there are so many).
My main goal is to track things like sleep, blood oxygen, and the usual like steps, heart rate etc.

Umm seems like it's been this price for awhile and you need to make sure it has the oxygen sensor, not sure these do..
