I purchased one of these about a year ago, there is a well documented hardware bug with many of these units where the 10gb ports slow to a crawl. I had to go through warranty hell with QNAP and had to pay return shipping to them multiple times after they shipped me replacement units with the same hardware issue. It's a decent price if it works, but the issue with the 10gbe ports didn't show itself until after the Amazon return period was up. QNAP support was useless and it took over a month and a half to get a working replacement (costing me probably $30 in shipping that they refused to cover). Amazon of course deleted my review with pictures and documentation about how to recreate the issue, so buyer beware I guess.

This is 2 ports 10GbE (SFP+ only) and 4 ports 2.5GbE RJ-45 for those wondering.

The same switches (4x 2.5gbe + 2x 10gb SFP) are sold under a lot of brands and I think they all employ the same Realtek chip and all perform the same. Not sure there is any purpose paying $80 for this vs $40 for the other brands.

I've run this exact model (SFP+) for about a year without any problems. If there was a hardware bug apparently they fixed it, because all the most recent Amazon reviews are positive.

Edit to add: Nobody in this thread talking trash about this model has specified -2T or -2S. The -2T version (RJ-45 ports) is the one where a few people have complained. The -2S version (SPF+ Fiber Optic Ports) has been rock-solid for me for over a year. And the -2S version is the good one anyway. SFP+ is more "futureproof" in that it runs cooler, uses less wattage, etc.

And to the guy who selectively quoted only half of what I wrote, I have actual experience with this product. You don't.

Decent price, but a lot of competition in this unmanaged 4 2.5g RJ45 / 2 10g SFP switch category now. For example, you can pick up the YuanLey for $55.25 at the moment.

Unless you specifically need 10gbe SFP ports, you can get more router for less money. For example, I got this 8+2 (8 RJ45, 2 SFP) port 2.5gbe Tenda for $40 a month ago and rebought it for $33 today: https://slickdeals.net/share/iphone_app/t/17538303

After using a tenda mesh wifi router system I will never use another tenda product ever again, was that big of a POS. I would use tp-link which is usually close in price.

This is because Realtek has released an IC that's specifically designed for that. They are virtually almost the same hardware.

I have brought a similar noname switch 1 year ago because i got two used Mellanox NICs from eBay at $14 each to test out my first 10Gb home network. BTW, almost all such switches are using the same Realtek chipset. The speed is very stable and is almost full. And last month I brought another 8 port 10G switch(around $100, it is stable but has nasty bugs and manual are out of sync but I figured out how to work around them) to have more computers added to my 10Gb home network. So far, so good. The connection is stable and fast.
NOTE: these two 10Gb ports are SFP+, you will need to buy either DAC(Direct attach cable: cheapest and shortest, low power copper direct connection), AOC(adaptive optical cable, optical direct connection) or transceiver(optical or RJ45 to hook 10G RJ45) to use it. It won't work with RJ45 without a proper transceiver(which is quite hot). Use DAC or AOC or optical if possible: they are cool, cheaper and consumer much less power).

Yep, I got a no name last year for $55, it's been solid. They can be found for even less now, often under $40 on Amazon. Don't see the advantage of the QNAP that justifies paying twice as much. If it was managed, that would be different, but it's not.
