I believe if you don't want AppleCare, you can still buy the device and call Apple and have it removed from your account and get a refund. This has been mentioned on previous posts, but I have no experience with us.

For TMO, you just need to have a debit card on file. You can pay with CC before your auto pay debit is scheduled.

If you go onto the Costco website, there is a opportunity to trade in your device. They will not count the value of your device against the purchase price. They will send you a Costco card.

3 months till the 16 is announced, I'd have thought the the price would be lower. This is basically MSRP with free AppleCare. I paid this price for my 15 pro max when it was released.

Just got the iPhone 15 with no trade in for $180. $5 was month for 3 years at Verizon.
No use of getting pro and spending $1000. If you want a pro, get 13 or 14 and enjoy the extra camera
Sure, but you're over paying for service for the pleasure.

insurance is a scam. Wasting money if you buy this.
15 Pro is 100% better than 13 or 14. AI update in iOS 18 will only run on Pro. Try that with 13 or 14..hahah

$1000 phones and nothing innovative! Most people are 100% ok with previous gen chips and cameras on iPhone 13/14. Those subtle differences in cameras are only for YouTubers reviewing latest and greatest. Apple will be new Nokia if they don't innovate faster.

I don't see this.
Here's where to look:
  1. Navigate to https://www.t-mobile.com/commerce...-iphone-15
  2. On the left column near the top, click "See 4 promotions"
  3. Under the promotion entitled "ON US up to $830 off with new line and trade", click the "details" link. Those are the details for getting a "free" iPhone after bill credits for almost any plan while adding a line.
  4. Alternatively, under the promotion entitled "Up to $830 off with trade on Go5G Plus or Go5G Next", click the details link. Those are the details for getting the same deal as an existing customer, without adding a line. Note, you'll need to be on one of the top T-mo plans if you want this deal.
There are also some lower-value promos for older phones than iPhone 11, or for those on cheaper plans who don't want to add a line.

Note: T-mo isn't as lenient on false churn as some other carriers. Read the fine print, which is usually something along the lines of if you want enhanced promos for adding a line, you can't have disconnected any line for the prior 90 days, and you also can't disconnect any line for 90 days after you buy on promo, or your bill credits will drop off. In other words, if your plan is to add a line for the promo and drop a line because you now have more lines than you need, be sure you're complying with the T&C of the promo. Call 611 and verify before you disconnect if you have any doubt in your mind.

who is dum enough to pay these prices.
i got a brand new pixel for $50
If you want to call people dumb* for paying $1000 for a device they use 90% of their day....sure.

I have a fast phone that is always on me that I replace once every 3 years....I use my phone on average 8 hours a day. So taking into account the math.... 8 hours a day 365 days a year for 3 years.....I am paying around 11 cents for every hour I use this phone.

Or....you could just not care what people do with their money....but that's just my opinion.

Correct, I got $150+ back. Then I returned the phone back to Costco anyway and got a full refund, so I made $150, LOL
LOL that you think fraud is funny. Scumbag moves like this are why consumer friendly policies get rolled back. Loser

Do you really think I did it for $150? It was a gift and that person just got a new phone so I had to return it in the end 🙄
