Never used a gaming console before.
Want to buy so I could play with my 9 yrs old daughter.
So I buy this console, plug it into the tv and start playing, let's say NFS? What all accessories do I need to buy before I can start playing.

Extra controller(s) depending on how many people will be playing concurrently. And ofc, games! Smilie Beyond that, just need an HDMI cable and internet access.

The biggest reason I think people should buy an Xbox is for the Gamepass. For like $10 a month u get 100's of games to play so u don't even have to buy games unless u find one u really like. But that's just my opinion

thx. browsing reddit looks like a lot of the opinion is game pass on PC is not as good as on Xbox performance wise. i'll consider this a bit harder holiday season, i have a feeling ill be able to grab one sub $300 with some extra discounts and cashback later.

With NCAA Football coming out I want to get my first system in like 15 years. But I'm literally only going to play 2 games and use it rarely, so I don't want to spend that much money.

Should I get this or is there an even less expensive Xbox?

I have a really good 4K Sony TV … is there any real reason to get the PS5 because of that or otherwise?

Is the picture quality the same for X box and PS5?

You don't even need the Xbox to use gamepass though. Majority of their games are on pc gamepass. I got 3 months free pc gamepass from Nvidia and there's only like 5 games from the list I would want to play. Some I've already beaten like the Yakuza series.
