Hello all, I'm in the market for a new Toilet, and a lot of people have recommended the TOTO Drake two as the go-to toilet to have. I found a deal on their newest version the one people call Drake Two. at the website Bedbath&beyond
on sale for $414.19 use the coupon 2406GGLPLA20OFF 20% off one item that brings the total to Total $348.79 Normally priced at $494 at home depot and lowes
The 10 inch rough-in version is MS776124CEFG.10#01 priced at $365.99 with coupon
You can also buy the 1.6 gallon 12 inch rough-in version MS776124CSFG-01 for $333.59
these models are the elongated universal height versions around 17 1/2 tall with the seat down. they have smaller standard versions as well as round bowls
Make sure you know your Rough-in measurement so you know the toilet will fit your space. they also sell 10 inch rough-in. You measure from the wall to your toilet bolts/center to the floor drain/flange. Don't measure from the baseboard, make sure from the wall

Not to mention the shady 3rd party sellers with bad feedback on there selling other variations cheaper than Amazon.com. if you read through their feedback you will see people's complaints like leaks, restocking fees etc...

Examples where these other toilets fall short is the use of plastics where the handles get wobbly and toilet seats don't stay straight. Perhaps more importantly the Toto glazing is far superior and when combined with their flush technology, doesn't leave "remnants" in the bowl.
Thank you OP for linking a great replacement to the Home Depot mistake we purchased.

Sub $300 purchases have happened. Build.com has them from time to time. I got mine in the past through Home Depot for the 1.6 gal (MS776124CSFG#01)model with price match for $262. BBB and Build have had issues with delivery of the product intact. that's why I chooses to PM.
If you need a crapper right now, then buy one of these, but if you wait, you'll see lower price sale in the future
