I may be in the minority by not considering this game to be one of the greatest of the era, but it is still a solid set of games that are easily worth $3 each. Most of the DLC is throw away garbage, but the base games themselves are definitely worth more than $3. Pretty much every single line of dialog is voiced, and there's a lot of backstory if you want to spend a few hours talking to each character between missions. They all give pretty good performances too. Considering this was a game from the 360/PS3 days, fitting it all onto a single DVD is a pretty impressive technical feat.
For $6 it's a crazy deal. I know there's some hate for ME3 (won't say why because spoilers), but I enjoyed all 3, just not Andromeda, which isn't included in this package and I don't really consider it to the level of the first 3 games.
80+ hours worth of playtime (shorter or longer depending on your pace and if you also play all DLC). Also, steam usually issues refunds if you play less than 2 hours of a game, so it's really a win/win situation.
I paid full price for all three on release and still more than happy paying that price.
Better on steam deck or ps5/xbox? Hm I swear i bought this a few times alrdy
Probably without doubt this would be better on the Xbox Series or PS5 compared to Steam Deck if we ignore price. If you have an Xbox and Game Pass Ultimate, this should be included with the sub assuming the EA thing is still part of GPU.

Pretty sure that it was a free monthly game via PS+ a ways back too. I'm pretty sure I've got the collection that way and then I know I have a physical copy that I haven't opened.

One of the best Space Opera games ever! I replay this trilogy at least once or twice a year. Each time I make different choices and experience a whole new insight on the Mass Effect Universe. Thousands of hours of great game play.

Couldn't agree more. I played the first one intending to take breaks between them. I ended up hooked and played them all straight through. Amazing stories. Beautiful visuals (though the first one is a bit dated and repetitive), fun gameplay. So many options with consequences that will impact your story from start to finish. I loved it.
