Has anyone who got this deal received a Verizon SIM? So far I am not happy with the data speeds & couldn't get texts or data in our local Walmart where my Boost service had no trouble at all.
The Infimobile chat rep that told me that I had a T-mobile SIM said that I could switch to Verizon in the future if the current service wasn't good. Not sure if that is factual or not. Has anyone had them switch out networks for you? If so, how has the Verizon-based service performed?
day 5 I asked for refund, they wanted me to wait until 10am next day, finally got new QR code that night.
I am not the only dp with issue port in from redpocket.
Website showed a total of $99 + another $12 or so in Tax.
I live in Delaware, there is *no* sales tax here, and as I understood it, monthly or annual fees for this service are included in advertised price. So, tried to call Customer Service.
Phone was dead for 30-60 seconds then finally heard ringing.

I gave up, if they can't have *someone* or *SOMETHING* answer their customer service line, that's gross incompetence; This is not a Company I want to do business with.

I ported in a second line to the $99 deal a week ago and got this message on the first day about restricted calling. Incoming calls and text in/out worked fine, just out calls had the issue. I called the 800 number and a woman answered the line within about 5 minutes of on hold. She told me she would turn in a ticket for the issue while I was on hold with her. She came back to the call after less than 10 minutes and said the issue would be resolved within the next 2 hours. 4 hours later the error still remained. I called the 800 number again. The same woman answered the call and I explained the issue was still happening. After a hold for another 5-10 minutes, she came back and said an elevated ticket would be submitted with the support dept and the problem should be solved within the next 2-4 hours. She said if I wanted, they could switch me to the T-Mobile eSim if it did not get fixed. But, 2 hours later I was able to make calls normally on the Verizon eSim.
I think the issue could have been that this number a few years ago was with Verizon and I ported out from them. Maybe they blocked my number when I left because I told Verizon I was not happy with them.
P.S. iPhone 11 and I did not reset my phone settings and I am not on the latest iOS version or update, so my issue was clearly on their service side.
