Port your main number to Google Voice. Then you can take advantage of every phone deal without losing your main number.

As a counter to this, if you do any amount of texting, don't do this. The google voice app is pretty ass and you can't use RCS with it. Also some apps will not let you use 2FA with it (chatgpt and lots of dating apps). It's def not worth the inconvenience of not having two numbers on your phone (asking google assistant to send a text and it sends from the wrong number) and dealing with google voice

Yeah, now that I go back on the amazon ad page I see several choices(networks & time periods), but when I ordered I don't think there were any of those choices available. So far so good with the T-mobile SIM, but I haven't gone too many places with it to test it out yet.

Day 1 with no service on backup phone(iphone 13), the esim QR code is "no longer valid" from the first scan. Contact customer service every day they always ask for more time to resolve.
day 5 I asked for refund, they wanted me to wait until 10am next day, finally got new QR code that night.
I am not the only dp with issue port in from redpocket.

Bought x2 of these plans recently. Told chat to send T-Mobile SIM for one & it's so far lost in the mail. I received a Verizon sim for the other one but asked for T-Mobile sim which they did ship me w/small issues. I've ported in a number from Good2Go Mobile & had little trouble doing so. Other than waiting for this lost T-Mobile sim to arrive for the wife's phone everything is working as you'd expect w/the one I've received so far. I can see support is not always the greatest but that all depends on the assistant you get as w/most companies. Only difference is a heavy dialect. Their US based wing is located in Deluth, GA. I couldn't resist to move away from the 1GB annual G2G plans to these 10GB plans. We'll see what the long haul does & renewal will be interesting but it seems like they are willing to deal on "current" deals going on at the time of renewal unlike most companies that say "First time customers only" for their deals.

Bought a few 1 month trial sims at $1 each and a 6 month plan off amazon, they shipped everything together unmarked now im stuck with multiple plans with no idea which is which. Also went onto their website to open a plan, put in all the info to get a new number and gave me nothing but errors : Invalid plan configuration. waste of time

Hmm. I had 6 months of infimobile service from an amazon plan, expired 10/30. I can't log into the site, account is disabled. Yet the line itself still works and provides data.

I never gave them a payment method.

My first line from last month went perfect and smooth and I've had great Verizon service.
I ported in a second line to the $99 deal a week ago and got this message on the first day about restricted calling. Incoming calls and text in/out worked fine, just out calls had the issue. I called the 800 number and a woman answered the line within about 5 minutes of on hold. She told me she would turn in a ticket for the issue while I was on hold with her. She came back to the call after less than 10 minutes and said the issue would be resolved within the next 2 hours. 4 hours later the error still remained. I called the 800 number again. The same woman answered the call and I explained the issue was still happening. After a hold for another 5-10 minutes, she came back and said an elevated ticket would be submitted with the support dept and the problem should be solved within the next 2-4 hours. She said if I wanted, they could switch me to the T-Mobile eSim if it did not get fixed. But, 2 hours later I was able to make calls normally on the Verizon eSim.

I think the issue could have been that this number a few years ago was with Verizon and I ported out from them. Maybe they blocked my number when I left because I told Verizon I was not happy with them.

P.S. iPhone 11 and I did not reset my phone settings and I am not on the latest iOS version or update, so my issue was clearly on their service side.

Been updating my experience in the last few days on here. Successfully ported my wifes 13.5 year old Google Voice number TO Infimobile & everything went perfect. We use T-Mobile sims for both the wife & my phones on this posts 10GB plan. I've thought long & hard about porting out the wife's Google Voice number over the years but the time has come to move away from Voice for her situation. We've called each other just fine so far. I will point out that I used the Fast.T-Mobile apn while her phone works perfectly fine with a automatically applied PWG APN. I chatted with Infimobile & they told me if their are no issues to just leave it. So, two port ins to Infimobile have went well. The only issue was trying to get the T-Mobile sim cards but eventually got them (Tmobile 89012 not 89148). No Verizon at my house. I will eventually try to switch from my psim to esim for their $5 charge. I really want to find out how they deal with renewals. Sounds like they would do a current promotional deals but time will tell.
