Bought this last month and use to charge my Tesla while it sits for days at the beach house. No issues at all and cord stayed cool. Not super stiff nice and visible. Yea could be a bit longer but works for my needs.
Come to ours. 240v is free to our guests.

3x25' only adds up to 75', not 100'
haha, you are correct. But a 50 footer isn't enough to do my card with the leave vacuum and currently i get a hundred footer out. So what i did now is ordered a 25 footer and will use my other 50 to make a 75 (which will work).

But appreciate you checking my math Smilie

I'd rather wind 3 25's than my 1 100 footer. When you get to the 60 foot mark or so, its seems to double in weight, not sure why, haha
Math is HARD.

Just cut it in half.... Meaning, you run the cord out to full length, bring one end back to meet the other so you have both ends in your hands. Now it's only half the cord length, and wrap in a circle/loop as per usual. Long cords won't tangle easily if you wrap them up like this.

Are you using it for long periods of time?
I'm considering it for my charger that is limiting it to 10 amps.
I left it plugged in for a few days straight with no issue.

I never thought I'd care about ever having an extension cord with a single plug on it again, but as it turns out when you purchase hybrid power tools and want to plug them in you need a single plug on the end or it won't fit in the socket. Milwaukee M12 rocket light or Ryobi fans as an example won't work on wall power unless you have a single socket.
For recessed 110 volt prongs on hybrid tools:

For recessed 110 volt prongs on hybrid tools, I stack two "3-prong to 2-prong" ("grounded to ungrounded") AC adapters and push them onto the recessed prongs in the tools. This now leaves the two prongs out of the tool, where I can easily push the female receptacle of the extension cord onto the two prongs. (The two 110 volt AC prongs are never "hot" because they are connected to the tool, which has no power source.)

Just another thing to look for in the garage. I'd rather have short extension cords I can see hanging on the wall.

Edit: Hit reply on the wrong post!
You're winding it wrong! Tip: grab one end and then bring your opposite wrist up under the cable, then the other wrist, keep going. Even a 100ft cable will be wound super fast.

Not sure I understand, can you explain differently or link a video of this method?
