You've never even contacted the tier 3 support. I've been to their highest tier tech support and nobody has never unlocked my phone. especially my Z Fold 5 is recognized as Pixel 8 pro in their system. Spectrum is no avoiding me to resolve this issue at all. I had to filed a complaint with the BBB and under investigation, but I highly doubt that this will help though.
So make sure other phone buyers from Spectrum mobile should always know you might waste your phone if you want to unlock your phone purchased from Spectrum like 2 of my 8 phones purchased from Spectrum mobile. They are just not willing to help nor able to help on their side if something goes wrong.
