Depends on whether you want "family size" or personal size. And even then, that's a lot of pills to get thru before expiration. Unless there's something else going on that requires constant painkillers.

I got the 24ct. Feb 2026. I am sure the expiration should be the same or close to. 24count only last 12 headaches haha. especially in summer time, this doesn't last.
