(1) 100W for up to two USB-C ports simultaneously (each delivering 100W)
(2) when using all four USB-C ports simultaneously, it drops down to 65W, 65W, 45W, 25W
https://support.anker.c
With single port charging, it's 22.5w on each USB-A and 100w on each USB-C
With double port charging, each USB-C can be up to 100w. A single USB-A would be 22.5w, but 2xUSB-A would be 12w each.
Three ports = 100w/70w/30w for USB-C, or 100w/70w/22.5w if using one USB-A, or 12w/12w/100w if using 2 USB-A and one C.
Four ports = 65w/65w/45w/25w with all USB-C, or similar with one A. 2x12w on 2 USB-A and then 100w/70w on the C side.
Five ports = 65w/45w/45w/20w/22.5 spread across 4 USB-C and 1 USB-A.
Six ports (max'd out) = 12w/12w on A, and 65w/45w/45w/20w on the C side.
Overall, seems pretty well balanced and a nice product.

So it has UL certification. If I am not mistaken, that is superior to ETL.
In situations like this, it's best not to rely on the sales description, but hope that some kind reviewer has provided photos of the unit itself, and all the safety marks it has labeled.
To take it further, one might be wise to check the registry for the relevant NRTL and see that the product is actually registered, and not have a fake mark.
Anker is a known, reputable brand, so it's not likely to play those games, but I wouldn't put as much faith in the plethora of such brands selling accessories like this on Amazon, or wherever.
A favorite is put the FCC or RoHS mark on these kinds of things, and little else.
Well, the FCC is concerned with RFI, not electrical safety, so while that gizmo might not cause your radio or TV to wig out, or mess with your wi-fi, it doesn't mean squat in relation to not catching on fire and burning your house down.
R(eduction) o(f) H(azardous) S(ubstances) pertains to the materials used to manufacture an electrical product, not its safety, per se, or the kind of safety people are concerned about.
The key is to know, and understand what those marks actually mean, what they encompass, and whether they require independent testing at accredited labs, or are simply self-certified.
UL is one of the oldest NRTLs, and develops a lot of the standards, so it has the most brand recognition. But their services don't come cheap, so some companies choose others to carry out their testing and certs, like ETL, which is also recognized, and tests to the same standards. TÜV Sud, as this charger carries, is another.
ETl certified?
"Yes, it is ETL certified, ensuring comprehensive safety through continuous temperature monitoring and Anker's MultiProtect safety system."
Where does it state ETL certified?
"Neither the product information nor customer reviews mention ETL certification for this charger. As it is a high-powered charging device, ETL or UL certification would be expected for safety and quality assurance, but this does not appear to be explicitly stated."

Here's the a link to the Intertek certification.

It's also sold under other brands like Alfox which appears to be affiliated with Ravpower but they charge a higher price.

I have 3 power units with.... 4 USB-C. 3 USB-A I still need to use them but will streamline it up.

Solid info, thanks.
I don't have experience with electrical, so I've always been curious for the answer. TIA and repp for assistance.

The features and price is good, but the safety aspect is super important, given this will be almost always on, and near combustible materials..
Can someone verify the certification, like the case above with Intertek. Very helpful, thanks and repped!
