I just got one 220w bifacial foldable solar panel as part of bundle product from EcoFlow, they feel so fragile. In the process of adjusting the angle so to get full Sun direct light, it cracks!!! I couldn't tell if there was crack already when arrived or it cracks when adjusting! But it's so fragile and delicate! Can't believe this product is built to withstand outdoor environment!? Anyone who owns it please share!!! But Be aware!!! FYI , The one I got is using kickstand on the back to adjust the angle. I assume it's the latest design.also, when it is took out from package box for the first time, unfold and lay on the floor, it doesn't lay flat. It feels rigid.

How Can I link this with my 110 watt eco flow panel into one battery?

This is my second week trying to learn about this - and I get most of my education for most things from SD…. Smilie

I ordered a 160 Watt refurbished Ecoflow panel from ebay a couple of days ago. It was $145 with the coupon. The picture showed the old style with the case being the stand.

It got delivered a few minutes ago. I was surprised to see the box. It showed the newer style with the metal kickstand. I couldn't believe it. i opened it up and sure enough it's the new style. Nothing on the box says Nextgen but it does say "25% high conversion rate".

You're on a lot of deals about these. Which ones do you own currently?

I'm new to solar panels. Can I use my delta 2 while the solar panel is charging it?

Can someone mention an idea or two on what these are for? Trying to see if I would use something like this. Seems like the consensus is that it is a good deal.

My coworker has a similar product. Bought multiple and placed it on roof of her condo. She combines it with a power station/camping power bank.

Claims she saves hundreds on electric bill

Off topic: roof mounted solar panels you see people install at their homes currently have max efficiency of 20%.

It will. But at that point, best to go with other 3rd party solar panels that are much cheaper.
I would say at this price, other options are not much cheaper. If you are camping and want to take panels... These have a case, stand, don't weigh much. Propping up a solar panel in the middle of nowhere is actually a pain.

Panels have surpassed 20% over the last few years. The newer Roof/home panels are around 22-24% now.

If you are out camping and want to have an 'off-grid' like experience, using these to top up a battery can open up a lot of options. Running 120v items like a coffee maker, griddle, 120v camp lights etc. They are also relatively light and durable, so easier to take along with your gear. And, importantly, they have a built in stand. Trying to prop up a solar panel without a stand in the middle of nowhere is a pain in the butt.

What can you power with this?
They are designed to charge an off grid battery. The battery/power station is what powers your stuff. The more panels you have the more you can keep the battery charged and the more you can run your things like griddle, coffee maker etc. while camping.

i'd say chances are shipping issues. the previous gen of this panel rated very well, minus the stupid case/kickstand combo design. i'll be getting mine soon, so I'll report back. There is no feasible way they are sending out cracked panels, like any product, you always have a chance of a lemon or shipping damage.

solar panels are designed to output power ( usually measured in amps/volts). you can use them for anything that can input the rated electricity. if you want to get technical, the input goes into the charge controller, not the "off grid battery". you don'[t have to store the power, you can use it right away, which is way more efficient than storing it, albeit less practical.

I'm not saying this cable won't work but I think the Delta2 uses an XT60i connection. I think it can handle more power. Anyway, the delta 2 comes with that part of a cable so you really would do better to just get an extension cable with MC4 connectors on both ends.
ty for the information

bought 2 of this https://www.amazon.com/gp/product...=UTF8&th=1

I dont think I need 10 guage wire for the solar panel.
