Why on earth do these need sugar? Hard pass. I like plain craisins.

Can someone explain how more than half of each berry is added sugar? Are these berry-shaped bits of dried cranberry sauce or something? The label pictured doesn't show that detail, but yes more than half of a bag of Ocean Spray cranberries is added sugar

I think they must inject them and plump them up with high fructose corn syrup or liquified sugar. Maybe they dehydrate them and replace the water with sugar. It's an impressive feat of engineering to create a cranberry-shaped sugar delivery capsule.

I don't trust walmart, also the "reduced" sugar STILL has 12grams of added sugar.
Fun fact 12 grams of sugar are what is in a tablespoon of sugar.

The "regular" has 29g of sugar (26g added) per 40g, so almost 3/4 pure sugar.

The "reduced" sugar (like the Walmart brand, which are pretty good), are 14g (12g added).

There are some boutique no-sugar-added brands (someone linked earlier), but they are $10.50 and $19 for 3 ounces, while this is $5.35 for 3 pounds. In other words, $6.33 vs. $0.11 per ounce, or over 50x the price to NOT have a ton of sugar added.

America!
I don't even have to look to know these people are full of sheet. Nothing is 3 ounces for $19. That would be a $100 pound of filet mignon and even that is outrageously high.

20% of people reviewed this are one star or two stars.......$6 an ounce 😂

all the reviews are sour and bag is too small, can't make it up folks !

Sam's has them on instant savings, 48 oz, for $5.62.
I just bought these yesterday at Sams. $2 instant rebate. So the price was $5.62. I dont need this size but I will freeze them so I can take them out as I need them.

No, he is right. I checked the "no added sugar" variety on the link provided. They are super expensive. I am surprised $20 for just 3oz. I checked the image in case it was 3lbs, but not. I don't know if it's an error.

I am canceling this. I just use these in my green smoothie for benefits and some taste. Don't need added sugar.

Let me know, anyone, if you know a good deal on large packages like 3lbs anywhere close to this price, all natural (without sugar added). Thanks

986g of sugar in a bag... I think id rather drink 24 cans of coke at that point.

Cranberries in their fresh/natural state are EXTREMELY tart. Only 2 grams of sugar. You couldn't stand to eat them without some added sugar. The fresh ones people buy for Thanksgiving dinner calls for 1 cup of sugar when cooked. (It's similar to unsweetened baking chocolate. Totally bitter.) If you're using them to make smoothies just soak them beforehand and the sugar will dissolve.

Anyone have an estimate on when the next Costco sale will come on the 64oz for ~$6?
Just saw someone answered this, August, hmmm, close but as big as this is, I'll wait for that.

Yeah, I use them in making overnight oatmeal. Only a small handful needed and it adds just enough sweetness to the oats.
