I have 2 of these. Had them both since 2018 probably. In that time, I've maintain them properly with regular filter changes.

They do ok at removing pollen from the air, and on the rare occasion I burn something in the oven they'll get rid of the smokey air in the kitchen. But don't expect these to remove odors or to reduce dust and dander much. In truth, I wouldn't buy these again if I could go back and do it again. I'd spend the money to get something like the IQAir Health Pro, or the Aeris Aair.

I'd look into quad filter (aka Corsi Rosenthal) boxes if you haven't already. DIY is cheapest (and ugliest) but some companies like Clean Air Kits, Nukit, and AirFanta provide more aesthetic options that are cheaper and still provide a higher CADR than most commercial air purifiers while being quieter.
