Then you go to some diagnosis screen. There's numbers there with how many hours of screen time and unplugs. Be careful when doing anything in this diagnosis screen. You can royally mess things up.
Once finished. Just keep hitting the back button to go back to the main standard screen.

Good luck!
On the bright side, I can never get used to the amazing OLED colors. Overall, the colors are perfectly balanced. Pictures videos look amazing. I have no issues with text on it. My secondary monitors are 32" 1440p IPS. Day I would take the OLED as my primary any day of the week.

I haven't picked mine yet, but it seems in some reviews from Reddit that many good/excellent open boxes of this model have burn-ins, which means display units with tons of hours on than returned TVs
If missing parts, you can complain to cs and possibly get a further reduction in price
I would be all over this in a heartbeat, but none are available within 250 miles of me
- Best Buy: I was impressed at the pickup. The original SONY box and packaging were in excellent condition and if I didn't know I was buying a used/good and the telltale "inspected" tape on the very top of the box I would have thought it was NEW.
- Unboxing: All accessories were included and sealed in their factory packaging (SONY part #s on bags.) The screen was flawless and although it had been unboxed (the screen plastic bag was torn and had been repositioned during repacking) the energy sticker and bezel plastic were all still in place and untouched. The stand had never been assembled and mounts and screws were all sealed in their packaging. The Remote appeared untouched, and the original SONY batteries were present and accounted for sealed with all manuals and mini zip ties, etc.
- GoogleTV & Setup: was a breeze (I've never owned a set with this interface) and the picture is gorgeous. I've yet to hook up my PS5 as it's currently on my 77" LGCX down in the family room but am going to give it a spin this weekend. I was planning to also hook up the latest gen 4K AppleTV for this but I might wait to hook up and try out the GTV interface a bit longer.
- Will run a screen hours used test tonight after work but wouldn't be shocked if it was only what I've personally put on it so far (i.e. a few hours).
I admittedly blitz-researched the A90K 42" when I saw the SD post as I'd been looking for a blowout deal on a 48" LG C3 for our Master Bedroom and this wasn't on my radar. This https://www.tomsguide.com/reviews/sony-bravia-xr-a90k-oled [tomsguide.com] Tom's Guide Feb 15th, '24 write-up sealed pulling the trigger on it and already I'd agree about many reviewers' max brightness (SDR and HDR Peak luminance) and darkroom comments especially when compared with my LGCX 4-year-old downstairs in the much brighter room. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase 24 hours in~Even 'Good' I wouldn't touch - I tried it recently with a Samsung Galaxy G8 OLED and it was missing the stand, the VESA mount adapter and the screws. Research led me to many other people who've had similar problems with essential parts missing even on 'good' condition that are not supposed to be missing anything beyond non-essential parts and accessories.
I *might* try 'excellent' but that's as low as I'd go with monitors/TVs from BB
