EV for karlov is about $2.50/pack. Keep your expectations low. You might snag some decent dual lands at best.
The bundle is a decent deal since it comes with a few extras and the full art land is nice.

I mean you're going to hit some dud packs, but hitting a vein ripper, surveil land, Delney, massacre Girl, and a couple of pick your poison will more than mitigate it. Last 3 times I did this, bought 5 and hit a surveil land and vein ripper in one and a surveil land in another so that pays for that while getting a bunch of cool lands and other useful cards. The risk value proposition is much better at 2.50. for the crap that this set got, it's holding better than otj and probably bloomburrow
