Not a great deal.
It doesn't include the cigarette lighter power supply, so add $10-$20 for extra parts if you can find them.
Doesn't have FM mode which is starting to become common on the 11-meter CB Radio band.

I respectfully recommend the Radioddity CB-27 Pro instead of this deal. It includes the power supply and has FM mode.

But it already runs on 12V. Don't you just need to fit the plug? Cigarette lighter plugs are available for $1 to $2.

They require extra parts (heat shrink tubing, solder) and that costs far more than $2. They also look unsightly and incomplete compared to the included plug and cable on the Radioddity.
