Yeah the model is too old for me. I need a better brighter screen. If you're used to samsung screens I'd skip this.
I agree, was going to buy an ipad mini to make a sort of PS portal but the screen looks awful compared to Samsung displays. Maybe the mini 7 will come this year with an OLED,

The iPad Mini has one of the brightest displays on a tablet. Definitely brighter most Samsung tablets. GSM Arena measured it at 518 nits, which is really bright compared to most tablets out there.
But iPad mini is brighter than 95% of Android tablets.
Oh cool to know they're brighter but they're nowhere near as sharp, and the color washes out when increasing brightness. So I'd still like a better brighter screen.

...but... Android.
If you compared the same sized Android Tablet to an iPad Mini, you wouldn't be able to tell that much of a difference. I'm sure there are minute details that electronics have found between the two, but as an average user, you wouldn't know.
If you don't like Apple products that fine, but you're argument is lame at best.
"...cool to know they're brighter"
and then
"'I'd still like a better brighter screen"
Pick a lane.
