I have only bought non-HP batteries before. Are HP batteries really worth the higher price tag? Most of my Ryobi tools are not brushless

Lol, OP doesn't get how Ryobi hacks work. The deal isn't in the free battery. It's in the $90.94 2 pack. OK deal, but not as good as the clearance starter or combo packs we've seen a lot lately.

HP batteries have a contact on the front of the post but in regular tools just work like normal. Just higher capacity and big ones like this have less drop off.

Because I can spend less effort on this one. This one I can set two different stores and only pick up one and not have to return the other.
