Man dies from allergic reaction eating in a Disney restaurant. Disney lawyers argue that the family cannot sue because they had a Disney+ subscription at one time.

The restaurant where the woman dined, is neither owned or operated by Disney. I think they're just the owners of the building. I've read a lot of lawsuits... It's interesting.

I recall a case where people sued a cruise line over not getting a refund on their tickets when they had to cancel their trip for some reason. The court held that the non-refundable info wasn't large enough on the tickets or something - prominence of the non-refundability/size of font, were a factor in the court ruling against the cruise line.
