1. That was for the push mower, this one is self-propelled.

2. That deal is dead.

Think Costco will drop their price? Would much rather buy it from them to have the option of returning it easier if I don't like it. Maybe Labor Day sales? And is the one Costco sells a newer version of the self-propelled green Works?
When in offer, Costco one is $100 costly, but have two batteries 4 and 2 amp. It also has space for two batteries. This one has space for one battery only.
In $500 Costco one is better. Wait till labor day.

Found it for $319, just ordered it. here is the link https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CLSC6...star=&th=1
Good find!

It looks like the single battery port model. The one at Costco has two battery ports on board. If you have a large yard you don't have to stop and recharge the battery to finish the job, it will switch over automatically to the fresh battery.

I'd never buy these until they make the blade a universal design. The blade is a goofy triangle proprietary design and the only blade you can use is absolutely horrible for lift/mulching/discharging. It's basically only good for bagging.

I tried to buy a good blade, cut the key, shorten the blade, then balance. It worked okay but didn't have the power to keep up.

I bought a 60V years ago when they were blowing them out at Lowe's.
Got a Blower so I'd have an extra Battery.
Later got an after-market Battery on EBay.
All are working fine.
(The comment about missing swaths on long grass when in mulching mode is true.)
Got another for my mom's house recently at Wally World.
This is an excellent deal.

Almost ordered but I checked the seller profile and they have a rating of like 50%? Reviews seem to call them scammers idk how they're still on amazon

Your comment concerns me! I only use mulch setting and my grass is quite thick. Anyone else like to chime in? Does Ego offer better blades?

Got the similar Costco model back in early '22 it's still running well. The batteries are finally showing their age, and the blade honestly needs a replacement. Which is either not available, or obscenely priced. I had to go ahead and sharpen it myself. It's a good mower, not great. I would buy again, but the caveats are expansive. I do like how it has a headlight though, can start mowing later into the evening in this Texas heat. I have used both mulch and straight blade. Bagging is better on this unit overall.

One port and two batteries is my preference. Anyone knows if Labor Day sales include 25" models?

DO NOT ORDER FROM GREENWORKS. Their customer service is terrible. I had an issue with the refurbished product a few weeks ago and a double charge occurred because of their UI. They are now refusing to accept their product back as it is a 'final sale' despite the double charge occurring because of their website.

DON'T PURCHASE

Ego is the same. If you're buying this you're going in with the expectation of abysmal customer service. In fact what products today actually HAVE great customer service anymore.

Seems like exactly the kind of thing you'd wanna buy only from Costco.

Ok. Btw These aren't that hard to push.
Sell propelled is almost a must have. Unless you only have a tiny patch which in that case barely need a mower.

Yeah this is facts. I ordered one from Costco this past spring and it has defects and has some manufacturing problems like it doesn't switch batteries. But I've kept it all summer for use (and even asked Costco for a replacement and greenworks and they both demurred saying just return it) and I'll return it to Costco in the fall or next spring before I buy a new one and try again… greenworks def doesn't have good quality control
