I got this a couple of weeks ago. It has powerful suction and mops much better than I expected. I had Neato D5, Eureka E10s, Roomba J7+, and this one is (of course) the best. I can't compare it with Dreame but heard good things about them too.

Which model is better? This one or the dreame L20?
I only know dreame, so... my bias is going to say dreame... but it's all really about what you're:

A. expecting.

B. will into pay.

(The X40 is THE BEST, but that's 1800 bucks.)

I have this from the kickstarter promo for 600$. It works well. I use it mainly for my dog hair and messes they make. Vacuum is strong for the hair and the mop is good enough. It does leak circle streaks on some areas of my home but I think cuz my floors aren't flat. The auto empty function is great so I don't have to empty the bin daily. It is pretty loud though when it empties the dust bin but that's only for a few seconds

I bought this model on prime day, upgrading from a different eufy vacuum, and this thing is unbelievably good. Does everything my old vacuum did, but better, and mops very well. The obstacle avoidance is great, the suction is amazing, the options within the app to customize rooms is so useful. I give this thing a solid 10/10, and that's coming from someone who has had a robot vacuum since 2018!
How much did you pay on the Prime day?

Can second this. Have had this for about three months now. Only thing I would say is that this model has gone down all the way to $600, if people want to wait. Regardless, it's an awesome machine!

Ive seen this model was super popular in the past. Has anyone tried one of these with the mop function? I've only ever had a cheaper one with a vacuum.
Costco had a good deal on roborock revo for $600. Wait for that deal if you are interested. It works better than this in terms of mapping and mopping. I had bought this before and returned it. It wouldnt mop as good

Love mine. Does a great job with dog hair and really good suction. I only have 2 small rooms to mop and it does a great job there also. I've had no issues with the mopping that some mention. I got mine at either 599 on the preorder for a $1 promo. Well worth the money. I think it will at some point drop down to $599 or lower and I will buy another for my mother.

Wasn't a fan of the Revo. Bought from Costco also but didnt do as well with dog hair as the Eufy so I returned. I only have small areas to mop and haven't had any issues but again most of my home is carpet.

Thank you for sharing that! The old one I use to have was ok with vacuuming, but I had seen a lot of great things out of this model and was curious how something like a 2-in-1 would function
Thanks! At this price point, I would hope for better performance.

Also got this on day 1 and for the most part think it does a fantastic job with everything (mopping, vacuuming, mapping and avoidance). App works well and there is a lot of customization options for scenarios or types of cleaning. For anyone with issues with vacuuming or mopping I ask if you've adjusted the settings. If you are seeing water streaks you can adjust it to use a lesser amount of water or more if needed. You can adjust suction power and navigation as well. Auto empty and self cleaning feature is great. App notifies you when you need to empty the dirty water, add clean water or change the vacuum bag. This is my 3rd robot vacuum and has been the best. I think it's worth the price but that's relative to everyone. For me and the time it saves me it's worth it. For anyone with kids - you can make a routine for after meals and I let that thing circle the area where they ate and boom no stuck food to the floor every night haha. As others have mentioned the lowest price thus far was $599. May or may not see it again for the holidays.
