customized cash card too. ultrawide has been delivered for a couple days now and charge went thru 6 days ago. im giving it a couple more days before returning. Can get it on amazon with the 5% back

Has anyone had successful cash back on any large order here or has it just been those one off smaller ones from earlier in the thread? Interested to see if there are any success stories with this at all really. BOA just said wait 30 days for it to appear. That's outside the return window, so definitely not!

I'll wait for the 30 days like the 15% offer mentioned it would take. If I don't see the cash back of 15%, I'll call and try getting it back, and if I don't, I'll cancel all my credit cards with BofA including my checkings and savings, because if they don't honor it, that would be a travesty.

More to come.

Side note, I got my usual 3% cashback, but apparently I hit some type of quarterly limit, so didn't get the full benefit. Since the 15% has no limits, let's see what happens.

This tells me that it should have showed up after the transaction posted. So I have very little hope that we will get the cash back. Total BS!!

I also returned it. I guess I returned it too early so nothing was happening. It seems like they are deliberately making it longer to confirm any information about the deal
