I ordered a GPU on 8/21 and still have not received any Cashback as of 9/10. I purchased with my boa credit card via the shopping link from the boa website. I get that it can take some time to process, but this is going right up against the return window. This is incredibly frustrating.

Yep, still nothing and an order date a couple days later. I contacted BoA earlier in this thread as they must be able to see if the link is used and if the cash back is coming and they just said "wait 30 days for it to show up" ignoring all requests to look into it further.
Meanwhile their app's FAQ for missing cash back which was quoted earlier in this thread said it should at least be pending after posting to the account. It's fine it's not paid out to the account yet, but we should at least see something pending or be able to ask about it before 30 days to ensure it's on the way to processing. The 30 day item mentioned on the FAQ page just says that *pending* cash back will be credited within 30 days. We don't even have it processing or pending multiple weeks in.

The only possible reason I can think of for it not being accepted is that the manufacturer provided free game item from AMD is being registered as a "discount code" or "gift card", despite it automatically getting added to the cart without me selecting it or actually entering a code. This deal has been a massive headache.

Interesting. I spoke to support and had two people verify the deal was activated and they told me they could see the link was used, but zero movement on the actual cash back. They "guaranteed" it would show by 30 days, so now I'm at the last few days to return or see if it comes.
Purchase on 8-23, post on 9-20 which is close to 30 days

I finally received my Cashback in the last few days. I hope you get yours soon. It's crazy how long the wait was for it. I'm hoping it's a precaution since the cashback amounts can be large at 15% with no limit.

Nice, congrats on it finally going through. Mine did not and now it's well past 30 days. I had them open a case because "everything looks good" on their end, I just have no cash back. No idea what's going on with it.
Edit: 10/12 finally got the cash back after putting in the request for missing cash back last month.
I'll wait for the 30 days like the 15% offer mentioned it would take. If I don't see the cash back of 15%, I'll call and try getting it back, and if I don't, I'll cancel all my credit cards with BofA including my checkings and savings, because if they don't honor it, that would be a travesty.

Side note, I got my usual 3% cashback, but apparently I hit some type of quarterly limit, so didn't get the full benefit. Since the 15% has no limits, let's see what happens.
Here to report that after notifying them on 10/3 that I did not receive my cashback, they "put a request" and about 20 days later, 10/22 I received the cashback directly deposited to my checkings account!

I'd returned it after two weeks because it never showed as pending - went straight to paid.
That was weird, cashback sites are usually very careful about not paying out until the return period is up and the item is verified not returned.
Now I have an ethics issue. I really should call them and offer to give it back.
