Let be clear on their unlocking policy. There is 365 days waiting time, and also the phone should have service for 180 days within 365 days. This is per my recent conversation with their customer service agent.
Please remember that their unlock policy criteria does not specify automatic unlock regardless of the service time.

You're missing the point here. 99% of us only want to pay $125 1x to get the phone. You want to pay $70 a month for 2 years. Not us😀

To add to this comment if anyone wondering what's your voice mail pin or where to set up like I was so confused, you will be going to settings, under voicemail, and check on the "call to listen", then it will prompt you for setting your pin. Hope this will help someone.

It's the pin for calling in to voicemail.
If you tried porting and it didn't work, you need to wait a few hours before trying again.

Just a data point/PSA here: they wouldn't let me port in my Straight Talk phone number from a recent Straight Talk iPhone 11 deal. It just errored out even though I entered the proper Straight Talk account number and port out PIN. When I try to check out again, they won't even let me go to the next step in the checkout process if I try and use that same phone number that failed porting in the first time around.

Yeah something is up with their website. Doesn't accept any phone number even on product pages
