If I use Affirm to pay over 18 months, can I still port out number after 60 days? I don't mind keeping it, but we have had issues with T-Mo network and pixels before

I did the same last year to get the Pixel 7 Pro for under $300. Also got an extra Motorola G Stylus phone in the deal for $40 total when I went to Boost for a month.
Do you mind sharing how did this process worked? As in didn't you lose out on the 6 months free?

Were you expecting not to pay tax on the $400 phone? I bet a majority of that $50 is coming from the sales tax on the phone. Were you not able to see the taxes before placing the order?
Yes, my bad. i forgot about that when i was calculating the total cost. the recovery fee, is new to me. never had that before. My plan was to keep the $90 for a year plan, and sell the phone flat. now seems it will be a loss......

Recovery Fee: $18.50

I have made this mistake once. Maybe the technology has gotten less buggy than the 7 deal I bought. Mint mobile is now owned by T-Mobile which I have had good service with. But if the phone overheats or the thumb sensor is a constant failure… this will be frustrating. The styling is great with google products, but fool me twiceā€¦šŸ˜‰

Last year I bought the Pixel 7 Pro with 12 months 15GB deal on BF and I ended up using the plan and sold the phone on eBay to recover the whole cost. I ended up with $60 profit. Hihihi. Every year I have to renew my plan at Mint but last year that 7 Pro deal gave me a free renewal with a different phone number.

Pixel 8 has a really good fingerprint reader and face unlock. So I imagine the 9 continues to improve.

Currently eBay has this phone model with unlocked for around $600 but this phone is not unlocked. I think buying this deal to flip on eBay will not yield profit at all even flipping the phone only on eBay and keeping the plan. Too risky to buy unless you really like the phone. I want a free 12 month plan again but I believe it is too risky to flip on this deal. I will wait on the BF deal.
