FYI you can get $3 off with Chase (make sure to activate) or Wells Fargo deals (if you have it on your card) + $4.50 from CB site, bringing this down an additional $7.50.
Sportsline deal is still better since it's adfree, right now it's $49.99 with their 50% off coupon.
or do the 3 month deal for $14.99, when you cancel they give you 2 months for free, and then just keep cancel + renewing.
Search SD for sportsline to see past threads.
Good deal for $5 a month that includes showtime. I get Paramount+ for free through Walmart+ ($12.99/month), and I get Walmart+ for free through Amex platinum. So if anyone here has Amex Platinum - you get Walmart+ and Paramount+ for free. You can add Showtime for $6/month.

Thanks. When I go to the Sportsline site, it states the following:"BECOME A SPORTSLINE MEMBER TODAY!Membership includes unlimited access to our team of experts across all sports, plus a premium subscription to Paramount+.Dominate your fantasy league with our optimal rankings, advice from proven experts, and winning DFS lineups. The top Vegas experts, insiders, and former bookmakers tell you who they're picking for NFL, horse racing, college football, NBA, golf and more.SportsLine's advanced computer model simulates every game 10,000 times and gives you ATS, OU, and ML picks.NEW! SportsLine membership includes a 30-day free trial of Paramount+ Essentials.Stream 30,000+ episodes from CBS, BET, Comedy Central, MTV, Nickelodeon & Smithsonian Channel.Get exclusive, subscriber-only originals.Watch 4 channels of live TV and sports - including NFL on CBS.Paramount+ is for US residents only. Paramount+ account activation not valid during discount promotional periods."Researching further, I found this:"Which SportsLine subscribers are eligible for a free Paramount+ subscription?SportsLine subscribers who pay full price for a subscription are eligible to receive a free Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscription. If you paid a promotional price or are on a free trial, you will not be eligible for a free Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscription until you are charged the normal, full amount for your SportsLine subscription. For example, if you paid a reduced price for the first year of an annual subscription, you won't have access to Paramount+ using your SportsLine subscription until you pay the normal annual price the next time you are billed."So what do new subscribers get if they sign up with the 50% off promotion: 1. the full package for a year, or 2. a one month free trial?I fear it is the 1 month free trial.
Their wording has always been wrong on their website, read the sportsline SD threads... my only thinking is they actually mean, "For every month you stay subscribed; you get a new 30-day trial".

Even on my account now it says: "Paramount+: If you pay full price for a SportsLine subscription, you can take advantage of a 30-day free trial for the Paramount+ Essentials plan. "

Every single time I've signed up it says I get a 30 day trial, but I've done this on and off years now.

Most recently I signed up on July 12, I paid $4.99 for 3 months, I immediately marked my account as cancel and they gave me 2 more months for free, so my renewal is now Dec 12th.

And I just checked, I still have Paramount+ w/Showtime and No ADs...

Season 2 of Colin from Accounts comes back next month, and of course you can start on S1 if you haven't seen it yet. It's a great Aussie sitcom.

The animated series Star Trek: Lower Decks is very good as well, final season starts in October.

We had it for a year with W+ and basically never used it. We resubbed to W+ and I haven't bothered setting it up again. Any new content up to persuade me?
3rd season of Mayor of Kingstown, and middle of september the second season of Tulsa King. Both great shows.

From what I have seen/read, code is valid through September 6

This is my issue, my account updates on 9/8. If Code expires I won't be able to get it as I can add this code now as it says I am paid up until 9/8.

Hi all,

Note that for Gmail, you can add the following format for a new/alias email address, but going to the same inbox:

existing:
myemailaddress@ gmail.com

alias:
[email protected]

So, you can change any characters after using the + // It does not work with every site, but I use this all the time and you can automatically filter to Gmail folders too.

Yep, newbies always point to the terms, but the terms have never been correctly worded. Maybe one day they'll start doing it like it's written, who knows, but it's been worth it to me to take that chance. I've been getting ad-free Paramount Plus through Sportsline for years for very low rates. The first few years I subscribed, the subscription was less than $1 for the entire year including ad-free Paramount plus, and you always got a couple months longer than a year by cancelling and them offering you more to stay. The last year or two I actually had to pay $20 or so.

My subscription doesn't end until November, so here's hoping they do more good deals around Black Friday and I'll re-up.

Just sign up again using a different email, then switch it back next year when they have another 50% off promo! You won't have to worry about cancelling it, I plan to sign up with a new email this week, since the current email link with paramount expired in one week!
You do need to cancel the original email account before that expire date or it will auto renew for another year at full price.

Works great for NFL games. Was gonna buy an OTA antenna but for $30, I can't pass this up for my local NFL games.

If the signal is strong, the antenna is a much better option. No price increases. Plus you get the fox, nbc, abc broadcasts.

Unless you want to watch old CBS or Nickelodeon shows, Paramount Plus is extremely devoid of interesting content.

I watched Paramount plus a lot when I had the SportsLine deal. Then the writers strike hit. They have very little new content, so I let it expire. Did a free month, let it go again. The problem all the streamers have, a year or more in-between seasons is too much. I lose interest and can't remember the first season.

Renewal is set to AUTO RENEW. Be Careful. Once billed , Paramount will not refund even if under 1 week.
Beware.
Cancel before the Renewal date.
