I used to be a hater like you until I actually tried a pair.

These are some of the most comfortable shoes/clogs you can own. I use mine for yard work, kid's sports practice, running errands.. stuff no one cares about. Get you a pair and report back.

A select few have LiteRide soles which is a super soft memory-foam like material that almost messages your feet as you walk. I would recommend anything that uses that material.

My favorite is the LiteRide 360 but they appear to be discontinued, but you can still find stores that have them. They have a LiteRide footbed with a very durable sole. Normal crock soles are not that durable.

The InMotion clog seems to be the replacement for LiteRide 360. It looks almost identical but the sole appears to be thicker. If that means that the LiteRide layer is even thicker then these could be even more comfortable.

The added benefit of both of these models is that they do not look as chunky as normal crocs. They look more like normal shoes.

You better have a lot of crocs to recycle. Because the environmental cost of packaging, shipping (UPS) and recycling (if it actually happens) far out weights the cost of keeping them in the landfill.

These are way better than flip flops and sandals. I used to be a hater too until my social group started rocking them. I can get them on and off like slippers to get into the tent when camping, and then put them into sport mode for more rigorous walking.

That is a dilemma I have because I try to avoid sending anything to the landfill. I only have to get rid of one Croc that was left in the basement of my building, and have been avoiding throwing it in the garbage. It's in great shape, but it's only one.

Most people don't visit a UPS drop off facility regularly compare to their garbage bin.

UPS truck carrying your old crocs package to its hub, sort it across multiple hubs to arrive at Crocs recycling center and someone opens your package and throw your old crocs into a recycling bin and start its journey, likely getting on a boat to China.

Compare that to

Garbage company collect your trash weekly, sort them and drop it along with tons of other trash to landfill.
