I'm a fan of my Kasa doorbell. No monthly fee, can stream from anywhere, plus a local backup on a microSD card helps against the new fad of wifi jammers to make cameras lose their signal.

had a doorbell pro and google nest doorbell and I prefer the ring ecosystem/app. easier to use and app is more consistant.

Tempted to get one to replace for my brother's home but last time I replaced a friend's older Ring, I ended taking more time because his existing door bell didn't have the required transformer (doorbell transformer that supplies 16–24 volts AC (VAC)). Had to order one from Amazon and went all over the house to find the power source. But the Pro is way better than the regular Ring because it doesn't miss any footage like the regular Ring

Right now we have a regular unwired Amazon Ring at the front door. If I get a blink doorbell, will it show video on my Amazon Show 8 like the Ring doorbell shows on the Amazon Show 8? Been confused about this for awhile.
