I think this is a great deal - and as low as these ever go. I already have 2 pass thru sets, so I don't need it, but if I didn't have them I'd def buy this. It even comes with 2 special adapters that don't often come with "normal" pass thru sets. Oh, and check out Crescent's (part of the massive Apex Tool group) "No BS Warranty." No receipt required, ever, no time limit, and they even have a toll free number to call... and replacement tools ship free. Not bad for $25.
One last note - while the Metric sizes in this set include 10mm, 11mm, 12mm, 13mm, 14mm, 15mm, (skip 16mm), 17mm, 18mm, and 19mm... keep in mind that the included 5/8 SAE size is the 16mm SAE equivalent (16mm = 0.63 in, and 5/8 SAE = 0.625 in). So, there's only a .005" size difference from 5/8 to 16mm.

I bought the HF because I prefer 6 point over splice. The HF sockets also fit in any 19mm wrench like a box end or open end. The Crescent set can't do that.
