Saw this offer on multiple chase cards. Language is a little unclear as to whether two payments with the first being small and the second being $50 would qualify or if you need 2x $50 payments, but here it is. I got it 3/6. Word is there might be a VZ version floating around but I have not seen it personally.

You have to have a debit card on autopay set up on your account to keep the discount. You can go in and make a manual one - time payment with a credit card prior to the autopay charge ( my bills due the 19th of the month, I have a reminder set for the 7th) and keep the autopay discount.
I've been doing it this way since they forced the debit autopay without losing my autopay discount.

I believe merchants have different codes for monthly bill and accessories. Not sure if chase is looking for a specific code to qualify.
