Give me 1920x1200 and the extra vertical space for productivity and web browsing - thats the key.
I've owned a 4k screen that was considered a fantastic panel, and hated it. Everything is so small you either scale the image, which many OSes dont do so well, or downgrade the resolution.

Just give a high quality track pad...Windows multi touch/gestures does the needed from software side

Usually I will wipe the computer immediately and install Ubuntu or Mint, but in this case, Bitlocker (encryption) was enabled by default. Which meant I had to go through the entire Windows setup process (~45 minute click-fest) in order to disable BItlocker. The disabling process wasn't even very clear. After that, I was finally able to install Ubuntu, which only took like 10 minutes start to finish.
Now that everything is set up, this thing is a beast. It's super fast. I have no idea how I could ever use 64 GB of RAM. The screen is gorgeous, although fractional scaling makes things blurry for my work app (Epic). I am going to 100% scaling in order to use Epic, and then leaving it at 150% for regular work. Battery life doesn't seem great, I went from 100% to 65% in about 1.5 hours of office work (Citrix, LibreOffice, Firefox). 120 hz on a non-gaming laptop is amazing. I don't want flashing LED's and crazy logos in order to have a high refresh screen.
Inputs (trackpoint, keyboard) are perfect.
Not sure about gaming performance -- the only game I play these days is Civ IV and that runs on anything.
Overall this is an amazing deal. Windows 11 absolutely blows. Setup took way too long because of Windows hassles. I'd probably still prefer 1900x1200 resolution to avoid fractional scaling hassles. I'm in the fence about keeping it due to that, but leaning towards keeping it.
