will constantly fail audio control through hdmi cec. I have to do a whole "turn off the tv and wait 1 minute and turn it back on" song and dance. don't know how to resolve it, the speakers are updated to the latest firmware.
other than that, they are fantastic. paired them with a RSL speedwoofer 10e, and although these really can be sufficient without a subwoofer, a good sub really brings everything to life.
settled on these after being utterly disappointed with the sonos ARC. joke of a product, you NEED a sub with those. not to mention that the klipsch's physical separation does more for the audio than software separation.
the fives with the speedwoofer 10e cost less than the sonos arc by itself. think about that. when sonos goes under, the ARC will probably stop working. my klipsch speakers will always remain speakers.

I picked up a pair a few months ago at this price, returned it and replaced with a second. Both have given me issues with connecting. The same issue I have with their soundbars and Klipsch is no help, GL to anyone jumping on

If I had a chance I'd buy two bigger passive speakers like PR-600 and pair them with a decent receiver which has better electronics, better remote, and can be replaced by a new one at any time.

They do occasionally not seem to power on correctly with the TV, even though plugged into the ARC HDMI port on the TV. So we have to do a little power on / power off dance occasionally. But this is also an older TV, so I'm not ready to rule out that the TV is to blame.

BUT THE GRAPHS
homie, your speakers are almost certainly not positioned correctly. your walls probably reverberate and color the sound. the stand your speakers are on are not sufficiently dampened. Your wires and speaker build are probably not identically paired. Not to mention hearing loss that everyone suffers from as they age.
your graph should take a hike
the nines are better because they're bigger. because that's how sound works. they're also 3x the price and take up 4x the space. that being said, are you really here so you can caress your own frail ego and obfuscate your buyer's remorse?

The job of a speaker is to reproduce sound accurately. The 5s and 7s do so poorly, with the messed up frequency response so common to Klipsch. The 9s aren't big. They're just bookshelves. If you want to put 5s on your tiny desk, go ahead, but for 400 bucks, you can do better. Klipsch go on sale now and then, so I paid 750 for the nines, which are much more than twice as good as the 5s, with deeper bass and more power too.
Better speakers also create wider areas with even frequency response, which makes them sound better in almost every room.
Also, these Klipsch come with their own wires, straight from the manufacturer. One is plugged in and the other pulls it's power from its mate.
