People aren't buying this just because their headphones. They're also paying for features like transparency, active listening Siri support, etc. to call these basic and call Amazon headphones superior is highly ignorant.

I'm deep into the Apple ecosystem. I haven't paid full price for anything for well over a decade. Every Apple product is discounted days or weeks after release. Once the early adopters are done prices fall. Apple is doing just fine.

I think the consensus is, always get AirPods Pro 2 unless the in ear silicone bothers you, otherwise, AirPods 4 is a close second.

Well those went fast! Definitely wanna grab a pair for my wife's birthday as she loves noise cancelling, but absolutely will not do the silicone ear inserts. She's been on her original AirPods for years... But by November I'm sure there'll be some even better holiday sales by then!
